- Bridge type hardness testing machines are developed for hardness checking on heavy forgings and castings. The weight capacity of the machine can be upto20000 kg or 20 ton.
- The machine has a fabricated heavy duty stress relieved and machined bed. Two vertical columns (Front and Rear) connected at top by cross beam with rails is moving on this bed in x - x direction. It is a variable speed motorized movement with rack and pinion arrangement with four wheels on each side. The cross beam is having a hydraulic cylinder piston assembly. This assembly is moving on the cross beam rail in y- y direction.
We can check hardness at any location of the jobs.
